For Mark Hudson, real estate is about much more than buying and selling property—it’s about building relationships, understanding what matters most to his clients, and helping people confidently navigate some of life’s biggest decisions.

With nearly five years of experience in real estate, Mark has built his business around straightforward communication, local knowledge, and a commitment to providing the kind of service he would expect for his own family. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime property, find a place near Lake Texoma, or explore an investment opportunity, Mark takes pride in being a trusted resource throughout the entire process.

Education and continued professional development have always been important to Mark. He earned his master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and has continued that commitment to learning throughout his real estate career. He holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designations. Mark is also a graduate of Class 17 of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) in Collin County.

Mark’s commitment to real estate extends beyond his own clients. He has served as a Director of the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® and will serve as the association’s Treasurer in 2027. Being involved in the REALTOR® community has given him the opportunity to help strengthen the profession while staying closely connected to the issues affecting homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals throughout the Texoma area.
